This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of LinensNThings. All opinions are 100% mine.

Linens 'N Things always has a great selection of EVERYTHING! Their prices are pretty reasonable plus they run some fabulous promotions making us an even sharper shopper.

They have a great back to school collection. I was surprised to find an enormous Midnight Craving care package you can have sent to the college student in the family. There’s also locker supplies, organizers, wall art, dorm essentials, bath items and even tailgating necessities.

I especially love their selection of bedding! Browsing this section really tempts me to pull out my bank card but hubby and I tend to disagree on style.

Save Money at the Grocery Store – 4 Easy Tips

Saving money has become an increased priority in our home. Hubby’s transition from Worker’s Compensation to Unemployment benefits demand a serious restructure in our finances. Here’s a few of my money saving strategies you can easily employ in your shopping routine.

Cook from scratch! Cutting back on the prepackaged convenience foods is the single fastest way to dramatically reduce your food budget. There’s no denying prepared food or food kits cost more. It’s easy and healthy to cook many of these things at home. If you’re not a culinary goddess in the kitchen, no worries! Stop by the library, yard sale or the book store and grab a good basic cookbook to get you started. My favorite is the Better Homes & Gardens plaid cookbook.

Supplement your grocery bill with FREE products. Yes, I said FREE PRODUCTS. Sign up with programs like Kraft’s First Taste and Vocalpoint or other vendors to get coupons for free products or even free product samples sent directly to your mailbox. Recently I received coupons for FREE Ritz Crackerfuls, Digiorno Pan Pizza, Kraft Cheese Melt Downs, KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce and an assortment of other products.

Unlimited Web Hosting for $10/year

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Nexx Online. All opinions are 100% mine.
Lately I have been pondering whether to make the shift from Google hosted blogspot account to a self hosted blog. If you regularly visit the blog’s site (instead of viewing it in email or a reader) then you probably notice I’m not afraid to mess around with my template and play with the coding. Self hosting is whole ‘nother ball of wax! There is a certain safety net Google Blogger offers by hosting the blog for me. I’m not sure how running a self hosting blog works, especially if you want to customize the template yourself!

I know Wordpress is WILDLY popular but after hearing about the Wordpress attacks a few weeks ago, I’m glad I use Blogger.

After reading about fellow bloggers hurt by the hacks, their frustrations with their hosting services and, in some cases, glowing recommendations for a new provider they switched to after being hacked, I started to look into hosting services, pricing, options, etc. It seems prices range from wallet friendly plans to budget busters! The one’s I checked out all offer similar benefits so I’m not sure why there’s such a big discrepancy in the price tags.

Sesame Street Live: 1-2-3 Imagine! (plus Discounts, Freebies, & a Giveaway) - Closed

Sesame Street Live is a fantastic musical show including all your favorite characters: Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Abby Cadabby, and more! I took my oldest daughter to the Let's Be Friends Show in 2001. She absolutely loved it, laughing and jumping up and down throughout the entire show. The characters were larger than life and frequently came down the aisle asking for audience participation. She was 3 years old at the time so I don't think she remembers the experience but I do! There was dancing, music and confetti! TONS. OF. CONFETTI. Do I need to say more? The show was about 90 minutes long with an intermission about halfway through. We were both exhausted after the show but in a good way!!!

Dancing + Music + Confetti + Elmo, Big Bird, & the rest of the Sesame Street gang = Tons of FUN!

1-2-3 Imagine! with Elmo & Friends is the newest show added to the Sesame Street line up. It's scheduled to hit the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN January 13-17. Even though the show is a good 8 hours away, it would be a great excuse for a weekend get away after the hustle and bustle of the holidays! Here is how the VEE Corporation, creators of Sesame Street, describe the show:

Imagine singing and dancing with Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and all your favorite Sesame Street Live friends! It’s as easy as counting “1-2-3 Imagine!” This high-energy musical will transport audiences to far away places as Ernie captains the high seas, Elmo dances to the rhythm of the African rainforest and Bert meets an octopus who has the blues. It’s a story of adventure and fun that teaches children they can be anyone, do anything and go anywhere with the power of imagination.

Tickets for the Target Center show dates are already on sale. Prices range from $10 to $36 make this perfect for any budget! Want it cheaper? I have a special $3 discount on all Target Center tickets. Click to buy the discounted tickets online or click for a printable coupon to use at the Target Center Box Office.

Tickets to all the shows are on sale. A pair of tickets would make a great last minute stocking stuffer! Hint! Hint! I also have some Sesame Street Live: 1-2-3 Live free printables for your stockings too.
