Making It From Scratch

I started writing Monday's article for Make It From Scratch a few weeks ago. I really enjoy sharing my thoughts and experiences with a new group of folks and I LOVE reading posts from the other contributors. I've gotten so many wonderful ideas from those ladies. One project I'm working on now and will blog about when it's completed is the Sunflower House I'm planting in my back yard for the kiddos to play in. I really hope this one turns out well!

Another feature I enjoy is the MIFS weekly blog carnival. This week's carnival is hosted at Ginger Won't Snap. There were several entries this week and Ginger did a great job showcasing them. Some of my favorites are how to make Caramel Rolls cheaper and easier than popping open canned biscuits while the other is homemade Pickles. Num Num Num-I love me some pickles!
