Belly Burner Giveaway! (Valued at $39.90) |Frugal Front Porch

From the Company
The Belly Burner Belt intensifies your calorie burn by increasing your thermal core temperature. Made of high quality neoprene that naturally generates more heat in your core, which increases metabolic rate, the belt focuses energy, and burns off unwanted inches. Neoprene fabric is most commonly used in wetsuits for insulation and in such other items as laptop sleeves, iPod holders and remote controls. The Belly Burner's simple Velcro design makes it easy to take on and off. It can also be worn under clothes so you can squeeze every extra calorie out of normal daily activities. Available in either medium or large, it is available online at www.thebellyburner.com for $39.90.
My Take on the Belly Burner:
Let me start by telling you this is not for you if you have lower back problems!
When I first saw this, I thought this was another get thin quick scheme. You wear the belt and magically the belly fat melts away! WRONG!
SO VERY VERY VERY WRONG!

You wear the belly belt made of a light neoprene like material while you work out with the accompanying DVD. This is a SERIOUS workout with more than a dozen different abdominal toning crunches. The warm up alone is about 15 minutes of pretty good exhilarating cardio but the ab-busting crunches are the back bone of this program. Crunches on your back. Crunches on your side. Crunches with your legs pointing this way. Crunches with your legs pointing another way. Crunches while doing the “bicycle”. Even crunches on your belly! It’s a VERY tough sweaty workout!
They key to this workout is the belly belt. The theory is as you work out, you will burn more fat around warmer core areas of your body. The belly belt is designed to make your abdominal area heat up and sweat. Boy does it! I admit it’s slightly uncomfortable to wear. Maybe I just need to get use to it but then again it’s about function not comfort. Right?
Regardless I really look forward to utilizing the work out DVD and the belly belt during our long cold winter months to keep the pounds from accumulating like a bear preparing to hibernate! I’ll get more use out of the belly belt during the summer when I discreetly wear it under my clothes while biking or walking with this kids around town!
